At Centurion, we believe that through training and education, supporting commercial analysis and dedicated account management, we can help our key distribution partners guide end users towards the best head protection system to meet their specific needs. It is with this passion and energy, that we have implemented a wave of investment and changes through our UK & Ireland sales structure.

Steve Neumann, Sales Director says “Last year was about strengthening our customer service team and support in Thetford. This year, we are proud to bring in Jim Milligan and Emma Hamilton as two further sales members into the UK & Ireland team. Our revitalised sales team has a wealth of experience within the health and safety industry and passionately believe in educating the industry to create a safer world.”

Jim joins us with strong Personal Protective Equipment experience in both customer partnership and team leadership roles. He spent the last 10+ years with Honeywell Safety in Senior Key Account Manager and National Sales Manager positions, responsible for various large Distributor and End User accounts. Prior to Honeywell, Jim worked on the distributor side with Brammer and held various management roles within various PPE and workwear providers.

Jim says “To be given the opportunity to join the global expert in above-the-neck safety protection is a great privilege. Being part of a team, whose passion is to help protect, develop, train & educate end users and distributors alike through product innovation and development is extremely rewarding. I have always put the health & safety of customers as my number 1 priority as do Centurion through its brand values and product offering. These are exciting times for the business, and I am thrilled to be part of the Centurion family”.

Emma was previously a Regional Sales Manager at Deb Ltd, a leader in occupational skin care and hand hygiene, with very similar distribution networks to Centurion. She arrives with strong relationships with distributors and end users alike. Prior to Deb, she held various customer-facing and account management roles at both Arco and Bunzl Greenham.

Emma says “I am excited to be working with Centurion Safety Products as I believe in the product offering and the brand values. I am also passionate about ensuring the highest standards of health and safety for our customers. The product innovation and development that is currently happening is impressive, and I can’t wait to discuss the new products with the distribution network and end users”.
