Centurion announce appointment of Total Head Protection Specialist to spearhead end user training initiatives
Leading above-the-neck PPE manufacturer Centurion is ramping up its focus on end user education with the appointment of Matthew Adshead to the newly created role of Total Head Protection Specialist UK.
Matthew, who joins Centurion from RS Components, will spend his time on site with end users, delivering a broad spectrum of training initiatives, and taking the time to build deeper understanding of end users’ specific needs and safety challenges. He can be spotted in a new Centurion branded van, fully kitted out with products and demonstration aids – including the ability to print training certificates for successful completion of core Centurion modules and toolbox talks.
Matthew will work closely with Chris Tidy, Centurion’s Technical and Training Specialist and joins Centurion at the end of October.
Centurion CEO Jeff Ward comments; “At Centurion our ambition is to make safe safer, and we believe helping to educate our end users is vital to building the knowledge and behaviours that underpin safe working environments. We empathise with the complex challenges facing Health and Safety Executives and Site Managers and want to invest in helping them achieve their goals. We also believe that to drive true innovation in our products we need to maximise our time on site with the people who will be wearing them.”
