Centurion continues to invest in its customers

At Centurion we continue to invest in important areas to help us rapidly improve the service provided to customers.

It is with great pleasure that on the 3rd April we welcomed Angela Targress to the role of Customer Service Manager, a pivotal new role for Centurion, delivering our strategic vision of providing consistent first-rate levels of service to our key business partners.

Angela has spent the last 3+ years as an account manager for DHL selling all available service products. Prior to that she was an Area Manager for Ginsters.

Most of her career has been spent at TNT where she served over 8 years as Customer Service Manager. During that time, she was awarded TNT Express Customer Service Manager of the Year and a finalist for Customer Service Professional of the Year at The National Customer Service Awards.

Angela will now take on responsibility for our customer services team, working together to analyse region, customer and process captaincies that further align the company to our brand ambition and customer expectations.

Angela and her team would always welcome feedback and look forward to implementing prioritised ideas that further enhance our partners’ experience with our unique, specialist brand.
