End User Specialist East France

This role will work closely with the Sales Manager and support our B2B Distribution Partners within the territory with a focus on End-Users.

The ideal candidate will be able to build good & strong working relationships, understand the needs of the end-users, research the market and related products, present the product or service favourably and in a structured professional way face-to-face and drive growth in the dedicated territory.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities:

  • Listen to end-user requirements and present appropriately
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing end-users in person and via telephone calls and emails
  • Gather market and customer information
  • Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions
  • Support the Sales Manager France by the preparation for the annual budget for the area of responsibility
  • Analyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
  • Support tender business via our local partners
  • Development & maintenance of targeted end-users
  • Consultancy service to end-users & customers with a focus on training and technical advice
  • Strong end-user support in collaboration with the Sales team
  • Together with the Sales Manager responsible for budget, margin & price

Work closely with the Senior Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to:

  • Develop certain chosen end-users in line with the strategy
  • De part of the Sales Team and support strategy development and team communication
  • Drive key projects to help improve our efficiency and customer management

Key Skills:

  • Experience in Business Intelligence & CRM systems in B2B environments a plus
  • Working experience in in PPE and premium branded product companies’ a plus
  • Cross cultural experience and languages a plus
  • Additional language(s) to French, English & one additional language a plus
  • Project management skills / qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of international commercial management experience
  • Previous experience and success sales management
  • Strong understanding of sales, pricing and gross margin
  • Strong computer literacy in all Microsoft Office applications and database applications
  • Ability to manage databases and run SQL’s a plus
  • Excellent communication & attention to detail
